Our Cilantro Lime Olive Oil is crafted by hand-blending our California Olive Oil Council (COOC) Certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil with real oil from the zest of Persian limes and fresh cilantro, creating a bright, herbaceous, citrus-forward flavor while delivering the same health benefits found in our extra virgin olive oils.
Sustainably farmed olives are hand-harvested and pressed within hours at our on-site mill, then carefully blended by our Level II Olive Oil Sommelier.
Fresh Persian lime and cilantro bring a zesty, aromatic finish that makes this oil a perfect match for chicken fajitas, fish tacos, shrimp, guacamole, salsa, and other Mexican-inspired dishes.
