Description
Our naturopath has carefully selected this blend of organic herbs, to help support the nervous system. Herbs used in this blend, including chamomile, lemon balm and lavender, have traditionally been used to help relax and calm the nervous system. This is a gentle herbal blend, with subtle hints of mint and lemon, complemented by the soft floral tones of chamomile and lavender.
This blend is caffeine free.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Place 1 pyramid into a cup (250ml) and add boiling, filtered water at 75ºc-85ºc. Allow to infuse for 3-5+ minutes, and then remove the bag and serve.
