Founded at the end of the Edo period. Surrounded by the mountains of Taku City, Saga Prefecture, Azumatsuru Shuzo have been brewing sake that has been loved by the local community for generations. They continue to brew “sake that you can see the brewer’s face” while cherishing family ties and sublimating the thoughts of their predecessors.

The deep sweetness and umami of Yamada-Nishiki are wrapped up by the refreshing acidity of the sake’s natural yeast.
